Usethefollowingcommandstosetlinkaggregationactorandpartnerparametersforoneormore
underlyingports.
About actor and partner settings
LACPcommandsandparametersbeginningwithan“a”(suchasaadminkey)setacto rvalues.
Correspondingcommandsandparametersbeginningwitha“p”(suchaspadminkey)set
correspondingpartnervalues.
Actorreferstothelocaldeviceparticip atinginLACPnegotiation,whilepartnerreferstoits
remotedevicepartnerattheother
endofthenegotiation.Actorsandpartnersmaintaincurrent
statusoftheotherusingLACPDUscontaininginformationabouttheirports’LACPstatusand
operationalstate.
To set the actor aggregator key:
set port lacp port port-string aadminkey aadminkey
Theaadminkeyvalue(0‐65535)mustmatchthatsetforaLAGportinorderforthespecified
port(s)tojointheLAG.
To set the system or port priorities:
set port lacp port port-string [asyspri asyspri][aportpri aportpri]
[padminportpri padminportpri]}
Theasysprivalue(0‐65535)mustmatchtheaadminkeyvaluesetforaLAGport inorderforthe
specifiedport(s)tojointheLAG.
Theaportpriandpadminportpri(actorandpartnerpriority)values(0‐65535)willbeusedby
thedevicewiththelowestsystemprioritytodeterminewhichports
willbegivenprecedence
tojoinaLAG.

Note: Only one LACP system priority can be set on a Matrix DFE Series or N-SA device, using
either the set lacp asyspri or the set port lacp commands.
